The Human Resources Generalist/Talent Acquisition role focuses on leading full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles, from intake through offer. This position involves partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs, sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The role also includes managing relationships with third-party recruiting agencies, administering pre-employment assessments, tracking recruiting metrics, and leading the Employee Referral Program. Additionally, the HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition will partner with Marketing for employer branding, support onboarding, serve as a point of contact for HR policies, maintain HRIS data, assist with internship program recruiting, and identify opportunities for process improvement. The role also supports compliance with employment laws and company policies.
