About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process while serving as a primary point of contact for employee relations and hiring trends within the All Native Shared Services subsidiary. This role blends high-level sourcing and talent acquisition strategies with generalist duties to support business objectives across specific industry sectors. The position is open to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience desired.
• 2+ years of experience with federal contracting recruitment preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance is a condition of employment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, travel as required, communicate effectively, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.

Nice To Haves

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Professional recruiting certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes full-cycle recruiting tasks, partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define unique search strategies for our federal contracting staffing initiatives.
• Acts as a consultant and advisor to partners and employees within assigned subsidiaries to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive work environment.
• Proactively recruits passive candidates and develops ongoing pipelines through industry events, conferences, and diverse sourcing channels.
• Leads candidate screening methodologies and utilizes closing techniques to guide partners and candidates through the offer and acceptance process.
• Regularly updates recruiting systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate data for business analysis and project tracking.
• Leads "scoping discussions" to kick off searches and deploy countermeasures when necessary to keep projects moving toward timely completion.
