About The Position

As NHOMS continues to stabilize and scale, we are expanding our People Operations team by adding a second Human Resources Generalist. This position provides redundancy, continuity, and strategic capacity across all HR functions while helping drive employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture. This position serves as one of two HR Generalists who collectively function as the organization's People Operations leadership team. The role supports approximately 150 employees across multiple locations and partners closely with leadership to strengthen culture, compliance, employee engagement, and operational excellence. We are looking for someone excited to jump into an engaging, collaborative environment, work across departments, and actively contribute to strengthening company culture, employee engagement, and mission-driven success. Requirements

Bachelor's degree required or commensurate experience.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
Experience administering payroll and benefits.
Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience leading annual benefits renewals and open enrollment processes, including broker management, carrier negotiations, employee communications, and benefits administration.

Nice To Haves
