About The Position

Centinel Spine®, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist / Office Manager to assist with talent acquisition activities, payroll administration, and other Human Resources (HR) initiatives. The role will also oversee all aspects of office management and support senior leadership. This position is 100% on-site in West Chester, PA and reports directly to the Senior Director, Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or human resources major preferred.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources and office administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with all levels in the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with HR systems, payroll processes and reporting preferred.
  • Experience with talent acquisition practices and applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Certified Notary Public preferred.
  • Biotech or medical device industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with talent acquisition activities such as internal and external job postings, manage candidate workflow through the applicant tracking system, expedite offer letters, initiate background screenings, provide new employee onboarding support and oversee temporary staffing needs through staffing agencies.
  • Assist with company-wide HR initiatives such as but not limited to annual performance management and compensation programs, annual benefits open enrollment, monthly town hall meetings, and recognition awards.
  • Expedite payroll administration and payroll reporting functions.
  • Manage employee data changes in the HRIS system, access information for audits, verifications and organizational charts.
  • Prepare annual compliance reports.
  • Assist with employee HR inquiries and HR communication efforts.
  • Provide other HR support and special projects as needed.
  • Responsible for office-related functions including but not limited to the front desk, special mail/shipping requests, catering, and office supply requests, assisting with office related documentation and communication efforts.
  • Organization and coordination support for quarterly board meetings, community outreach initiatives and other Centinel Spine meetings/events for employees and/or outside guests.
  • Prepare travel arrangements, expense reports, and other various administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Provide notary certification for business documents as needed.
  • Oversee office safety program and training for on-site employees and assist with other workplace health and safety initiatives.
  • Provide various office and administrative support as needed.
