As a 26-bed in-patient rehab hospital, we are committed to setting new standards in patient care and rehabilitation. We value compassion, excellence, and teamwork, and we are looking for an experienced, customer service focused Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This is a full time position working in office 5 days a week. 8am - 5pm. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one (1) year clerical experience required.
- Minimum one (1) year of previous human resources experience required.
- Previous recruitment experience.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions including Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Exemplary customer service skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working for a hospital or healthcare company preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day human resource functions and administrative duties.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Director.
- Conducting new hire orientation.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Recruitment and on-boarding functions.
