Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Engagement Manager to support UCHealth hospitals in the Cincinnati Metro Area. The HR Engagement Manager will support up to 700 food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors and frontline union employees across several healthcare facilities. What You'll Do design, implement, and continuously refine the organization’s employee engagement strategy translate engagement insights into targeted initiatives that improve culture, retention, and performance coach leaders on engagement best practices, communication, and team culture plan and execute culture-building events, activities, and campaigns collaborate with employees and local community partners to bring in programs, resources, and services that support workforce well‑being and engagement What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
