About The Position

As a strategic and operational leader, you’ll help shape people practices’ that support GRHD’s mission, culture, and organizational goals. You’ll partner with the CPO and leaders across the organization to provide HR guidance, strengthen workforce strategies, and continuously improve HR services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
5–8 years of leadership experience
at least 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment-related requirements, with the ability to apply them to a changing organization.
Ability to develop and implement long-term plans, evaluate outcomes, and adapt strategies to meet organizational needs.
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively present information and recommendations to leaders, employees, and others.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve HR operations, programs, and services while partnering with the CPO and organizational leaders on people strategies and initiatives.
Provide leadership and guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and employment practices.
Develop and implement recruiting, retention, and workforce strategies that support organizational needs and long-term goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, promoting consistent policies, effective workplace practices, and a positive employee experience.
Provide leadership and oversight for Human Resources, Employee Health, and Medical Staff Credentialing, while staying current on workforce regulations, compliance requirements, and organizational needs.
Perform a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
