About The Position
We are partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed managed IT & cybersecurity provider to find a hands-on Director of HR. The company is currently 75 employees strong and scaling to 300+ over the next 5 years through organic hiring and M&A acquisitions. This role will be instrumental in building the HR function to support this growth. The ideal candidate is an HR leader who thrives in a high-growth environment, can manage private equity expectations, and excels at recruiting top technical talent quickly.
Requirements
- 7+ Years HR Leadership
- Experience scaling a company from under 100 to 300+ people
- Experience reporting metrics to a board
- Experience integrating acquired teams
- Understanding of California and Texas employment laws
- Experience with private equity backing

Responsibilities
- Lead the HR team (Generalists, Admins, Trainers) across Torrance and Plano offices.
- Own recruiting for engineers, tech gurus, and sales rockstars while keeping time-to-fill low.
- Lead people due diligence, benefits mapping, and onboarding for acquired companies.
- Run quarterly KPI review cycles, manage Trainual onboarding, and keep people engaged.
