The Director, Human Resources, will see HR as a platform to build and contribute to a growing organization. This Director will build and execute programs and processes to achieve these goals. This role calls for a forward-thinking HR professional who blends deep business insight with a modern understanding of workforce analytics, organizational design, and the responsible application of AI-enabled tools. The Director will inspire leaders and employees, using data driven insights and human-centered practices to strengthen engagement, enable smarter decision-making, and build an environment where purpose and performance are recognized. As a visible hands-on leader, the Director will guide talent strategy, leadership development, culture and engagement, and labor relations as critical levers that shape how the organization grows, adapts, and succeeds.
