About The Position

We are seeking professional, customer-focused Human Resources Customer Service Representatives (HR CSR) to support employees and former employees by answering questions related to HR and benefits. This position is 100% remote, however candidates must live within 25 miles or approximately a 45-minute commute of the Nashville, Tennessee area. As a Human Resources Customer Service Representative, you will answer inbound calls from employees and former employees regarding HR and benefits related questions, resolve customer concerns professionally, accurately, and efficiently, document all interactions and transactions within company systems, research and follow up on unresolved issues until completed, respond to customer inquiries submitted through the online Contact Us portal, explain HR policies, benefits, and procedures in an easy-to-understand manner, maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information, navigate multiple software systems simultaneously while assisting customers, meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations, participate in required meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training, and support peak business periods with schedule flexibility.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of recent call center and/or employee benefits experience within the past 1 to 2 years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • A dedicated, quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
  • A workspace that can successfully pass a virtual home office inspection.
  • Reliable wired internet connection (Wi-Fi and 5G internet are not permitted during work hours).
  • Internet speeds meeting the following minimum requirements: Download Speed: 25 Mbps or higher, Upload Speed: 10 Mbps or higher, Ping: 175 ms or less.
  • Ability to provide a screenshot of your internet speed test during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
