About The Position

We’re looking for HR Coordinators to join our amazing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who is ready to catapult their career to the next level. Requirements

  • Human Resources Management education (Certificate, Diploma, or a Bachelor of Commerce Degree)
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources Management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Access to reliable transportation to travel from site to site, as necessary

Nice To Haves

  • Payroll experience is considered an asset
  • Interest in pursuing a CPHR designation would be considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Perform the full cycle recruitment process for various clients, including drafting job descriptions and postings, screening resumes, phone screening candidates, writing up candidate profiles for presentation to hiring managers, participating in interviews with various hiring managers, reference checks, drafting offer letters, and onboarding support.
  • Assist in the creation of client policies, handbooks, and other documents utilizing our internal template library, as required (Examples may include employee verification letters, overtime agreements, time and leave policies, professional development programs, etc.).
  • Work on additional projects to gain experience in other areas of HR under the mentorship of our team of HR professionals (Examples may include compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, etc.).
  • Assist with managing client accounts and relationships, and delivering HR solutions that meet client needs.
  • Other HR administrative tasks, as required.
