About The Position

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who thrives on organization, precision, and getting things done right. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operations—keeping processes running smoothly, supporting recruitment activities, and ensuring a high level of accuracy across employee data and documentation. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where your work will have a direct impact on both the employee experience and the efficiency of the HR team. You’ll collaborate closely with HR partners and play a key role in bringing structure, consistency, and follow-through to our day-to-day operations. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone looking to deepen their HR foundation, gain exposure to multiple areas of HR, and grow within a fun and fast-paced organization.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment coordination (posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling)
  • Experience working with an HRIS (UKG experience is a strong asset)
  • Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable handling transactional HR processes and documentation
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Proactive in following up and ensuring tasks are completed
  • Familiarity with provincial employment laws in Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick is preferred

  • CHRA/CHRP designation is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings across various platforms
  • Source candidates using online tools and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Support the HR generalists and ensure a smooth coordination process
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (UKG)
  • Manage employee file documentation and ensure data accuracy
  • Draft employment offers and prepare onboarding documentation
  • Set up new hires in the system and coordinate onboarding activities
  • Track and follow up on employee leaves and ensure system updates
  • Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries
  • Participate in HR process mapping and documentation initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency in HR processes
  • Support the standardization of workflows and administrative practices
