This is responsible professional and administrative work in the Human Resources department of the Guardian ad Litem Program’s central office. Work involves managing and performing Human Resource (HR) system administrative functions in addition to collection and analysis of HR data, metrics, and statistics needed to support Program compliance in recruitment, retention, performance, and other HR related functions. Work is performed with considerable independence developing work processes and resolving problems subject to administrative policies under supervision of the Human Resources Manager.
