This full-time permanent role, located in Toronto, Ontario at the Central Office (77 Bloor St. West) with a hybrid work environment, is critical for the day-to-day administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of HR systems, programs, and communications. The position supports store locations nationally and the Central Office. The HR Coordinator is expected to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong service mindset, ensuring HR operations are executed accurately, consistently, and in alignment with company standards and Core Values. The role focuses on Workday user support, learning systems coordination, compliance tracking, and operational excellence, contributing to a positive and seamless employee experience for both Associates and Leaders.
