PEG, LLC is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of its Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records and HRIS data integrity, assisting with compliance-related documentation, supporting recruiting efforts through social media job promotion, and providing administrative and operational support to the HR Team. The qualified candidate must recognize the importance of working efficiently, proactively, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while supporting both current and future PEG Team Members. This role contributes directly to the employee experience by helping ensure HR processes, personnel documentation, and communication workflows are organized, compliant, and effectively maintained. The HR Coordinator will also assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and supporting HR reporting initiatives that help streamline communication and operational consistency companywide. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and organizational skills, as this position regularly interacts with employees, candidates, managers, and leadership across multiple departments and professional disciplines. As part of the Human Resources Department, this role requires an individual who understands the importance of confidentiality, compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, and the impact that efficient HR operations have on supporting PEG’s continued success, workforce development, and commitment to operational excellence.
