About The Position

Bright Research is a dynamic and growing Medical Device Clinical Research Organization (CRO) based in downtown Minneapolis. We expertly manage clinical trials from concept to completion, leveraging our expertise to simplify complex challenges. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who will help deliver an exceptional employee experience while supporting the operational excellence that drives our success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing employee support with operational excellence. Successful candidates are organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting Human Resources operations, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, or related administrative functions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and report on data, including Paid Time Off (PTO) tracking and workforce reporting.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service and support to employees and leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) maintenance, compliance tracking, and offboarding activities.
  • Coordinate and support payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and related employee inquiries.
  • Manage recruitment coordination activities, including job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring administration.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and analyses that support informed business and people decisions.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and supporting employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
