About The Position

Promises Behavioral Health is actively recruiting for a Temporary HR Coordinator for a minimum of 90 days, with the possibility of an extension. This position will be part of a collaborative team in a shared services model, work 40 hours per week, be fully remote, and report directly to the Director of Corporate Human Resources. This HR Coordinator will be directly responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the human resource function. Maintain a current understanding of all operational aspects of ADP WFN HRIS systems. The successful HR Coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organization and time management skills. Additionally, this position requires excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and case management technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees across the organization.
  • High accuracy in managing sensitive personal and financial data.
  • Ability to resolve complex inquiries rapidly and effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience in a related field preferred
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Experience working in a state-regulated/accredited (TJC) industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assists with HR Inbox as part of the shared services concept, managing centralized employee data, transactions, and inquiries. This position acts as one of the first points of contact with employees' and managers’ questions and inquiries by managing the workflow within the centralized HR inbox and delegating to other members of the team as required.
  • Manages the benefits inbox, responding to inquiries, managing, and delegating as needed. Assist employees, as needed, with benefit enrollments within the ADP Workforce Now system. Oversee maintenance of employee benefit files, maintain group benefits database, and update employee records
  • Manage the Leave of Absence Process, including benefit reimbursement payment plans
  • Assists with HRIS/ADP hygiene auditing and maintenance.
  • Assists, as needed, with administrative tasks and questions related to the Healthicity training portal.
  • Upload documents into the HR SharePoint files as needed.
  • Overall back-up, as needed, for file maintenance, I-9 verification, and, onboarding process.
  • Additional duties as required.
