About The Position
Cates is looking for an energetic HR Coordinator who is passionate about recruiting and creating an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience. You'll play a key role in helping us attract great employees, coordinate interviews, welcome new hires, and support the continued growth of our company.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS (Paylocity is a plus!)
- Comfortable managing multiple open positions
- Positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Recruit for all positions
- Review resumes and screen candidates
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Maintain applicant tracking records
- Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation
- Support social media recruiting initiatives
- Help promote Cates as an employer of choice
- Assist with company activities and employee recognition program
- Prepare miscellaneous reports as required
- Other HR duties as assigned
