About The Position

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., is looking to hire an HR Coordinator in our Exeter, PA location. In this role, you’ll be part of a team that drives a high-performing workplace by delivering daily HR support and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Coordinator position would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and is looking to build a long-term career within Human Resources.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of HR experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar background.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
  • Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Workday, UKG, ADP a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support employees and managers with HR-related inquiries.
  • Serve as contact for HR related inquiries and answer questions regarding benefits, payroll, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Work with a third-party administrator (TPA) regarding unemployment claims.
  • Manage Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and the E-Verify program for all new employees.
  • Administer Service Award program.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Complete wage statements for Workers’ Compensation claims.
  • Assist HR Manager with special projects.
  • Support time and attendance processes and reporting.
  • Respond to external requests for company information.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, applicable laws and regulations, and conduct audits.
  • Utilizing reporting systems to produce documents and reports.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned.
