Requirements

  • Bachelor’ degree in human resources management or HRCI or SHRM certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1 year relevant HR experience.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of state, federal employment and labor laws.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to meet multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of US inbound immigration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the orientation of new team members and the integration or exit processes for employees across operational systems, benefits, and rewards programs.
  • Support employee’s questions, concerns, requests, and information.
  • Assist with Benefit & Wellness administration including sending communications and keeping benefit processes moving forward
  • Maintain HR documents and employee records
  • Create and send monthly company newsletter.
  • Coordinate employee gifts and recognition programs, including sending employee awards.
  • Process employee’s client documentation.
  • Support the immigration process
  • Travel to client sites as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
