The Human Resources Coordinator (On Site) will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The Coordinator will have areas of full responsibility as well as marginal responsibilities outlined below. This role involves ensuring the highest level of service to all associates, serving as a point of contact for Human Resources visitors, and upholding resort standards. Key duties include data entry for new hires and UKG, processing termination reports, managing employee benefit forms, and maintaining I-9s. The position also involves ordering office supplies, processing termination files, tracking performance reviews and disciplinary notices, and assisting with subpoena/inspection requests. Additionally, the coordinator will help prepare for the annual HR audit, support the Recruitment Manager with hiring and orientation, assist with employee relations events, and update resort announcements. The role requires assisting and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office.
