In this role, you'll serve as a resource for employees and business partners, helping answer HR-related questions, maintain critical employee data, support onboarding and leave administration, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Requirements

Must have previous Human Resources or employee support experience.
Bachelor's degree required, in a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, payroll, HR systems, and other HR-related matters.
Maintain and audit employee information within HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Support onboarding activities, including new hire preparation.
Assist with leave administration, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims.
Generate reports and provide administrative and analytical support to HR programs and initiatives.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, recognition activities, charitable campaigns, and other culture-focused events.
Assist in creating and distributing HR communications related to benefits, policies, onboarding, and employee programs.
