Coordinate one or more human resources core processes including but not limited to: benefits, compensation, labor relations and organizational development. This role involves coordinating new hire and benefits orientation, employee training programs, hiring support, job analysis, compensation analysis, and/or routine employee relations. The coordinator will act as the first point of contact for employees and supervisors on HR-related inquiries, applying judgment and discretion to HR issues and directing complex issues to senior HR staff. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining employee data in UltiPro, managing onboarding processes, processing terminations, and interpreting organizational policies and procedures. The role also involves evaluating and applying information to advise employees and management on Human Resources practices.
