The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day human resources operations of the organization, including employee support and engagement, HR administration, recruitment coordination, and compliance. This role ensures that HR processes are implemented consistently and in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws. Working closely with the Director of Operations, the Human Resources Coordinator manages the organization’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO) relationship with ADP TotalSource, supports employees and managers, maintains HR systems, and contributes to a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
