The Judicial Branch is a state-funded Branch of Government that offers medical/dental/vision, $20,000 free basic life insurance, state-matched 156% retirement plan, 13 paid holidays, earned paid vacation and sick leave, and more. This classification level is responsible for coordinating district human resources activities such as resolving hiring and disciplinary issues, recruitment, screening, selections, and evaluation of all district office staff. Responsibilities may include: administering and overseeing training programs to ensure compliance with state regulations; implementing state proper allocation of staff within Districts, oversight of training plans and compliance; preparing, maintaining employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software; interpreting and explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
