It also involves planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events, managing new hire onboarding and employee terminations, supporting HR programs and benefits administration, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the HR department. The position requires a customer service-oriented individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a confidential environment.
