This role involves partnering with CAAS clients to provide day-to-day human resources support. The position is based in Naperville with regular travel to the suburbs of Chicago. Requirements

1-3 years of experience working in a Human Resources Generalist capacity.
Strong client/customer service and relationship management skills required
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
Working knowledge of payroll processes, wage and hour regulations, and basic employment laws preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to deliver comprehensive human resources support, providing guidance on payroll administration, employee benefits, employee relations issues, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.
Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, employee support, and maintenance of benefits related records and documentation.
Assist with timekeeping and payroll functions for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures.
Partner with internal CAAS team members to provide seamless client support and deliver high quality service that exceed client expectations.
