About The Position

We are seeking a team player to join our team as a Human Resources Clerk to work in our state-of-the art processing plant. You don't have to love turkey to fit in here, but you do have to be a dependable team player. Requirements

• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to details
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and running computer reports
• Excellent communication skills (English verbal and written required)
• Good attendance and performance record
• Ability to be entrusted with and withhold confidential information
• Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual, preferably in Spanish (for translating conversations and documents)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Provide Human Resources customer service to employees/supervisors and outside customers
• Answering telephone, doors, and direct visitors
• Assist with Enrichment activities
• Sort mail, filing, attendance and performance evaluation tracking, processing of purchasing cards
• Assist in the application and hiring process
• Order office supplies
• Assist with local errands
• Be accessible to all employees
• Help with, maintain, or call for service of office machines/equipment
• Perform other duties as required or as directed by supervisor
