About The Position

The Human Resources Clerk supports the Human Resources Department, working collaboratively with HR team members in Employee Records, Onboarding, Recruitment and Benefits as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of administrative office support experience, HR experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment, working in a collaborative, friendly manner.
  • Must demonstrate work that is organized, accurate and thorough.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • HR experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and updates employee files, properly storing documents in an efficient manner.
  • Reviews records and documents for accuracy.
  • Supports onboarding activities and processing of hire documents.
  • Supports recruitment activities as assigned.
  • Supports benefits activities as assigned.
  • Communicates clearly, both in writing and orally, with others.
  • Maintains absolute confidentiality of employee and organizational information and documents.
  • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies as assigned.
  • Receives and distributes incoming department mail.
  • Uses office equipment efficiently.
