This position supports daily HR activities, including updating employee records, providing employee assistance, and performing clerical duties such as data entry and maintaining employee files. The role also involves assisting with the organization of medical information to ensure HIPAA and employee privacy guidelines are followed. Additionally, the Human Resources Clerk will provide support for new hire orientation and recruiting as needed, create and distribute HR reports, and assist employees with HR-related questions. Other relevant duties may also be assigned.
