This role involves performing clerical duties, data entry, and maintaining employee files. The clerk will also assist in organizing medical information, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and employee privacy guidelines. Additional responsibilities include providing assistance with new hire orientation and recruiting as needed, creating and distributing HR reports, and assisting employees with HR-related questions, along with other relevant job duties.
