Requirements

  • Computer Knowledge - Excel, Power Point Proficient, with an aptitude for learning computer programs quickly
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish/French) is preferred
  • Previous experience with candidate interviewing, hiring and post offer paperwork completion preferred by not required
  • Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.

Responsibilities

  • Greet candidates
  • Process applications for employment
  • Schedule interviews
  • Interview qualified candidates
  • Make hiring decisions
  • Complete post-offer paperwork to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies/procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department
  • Create and maintain all employee files and our AS400 and filing system
  • Assist in posting recruiting ads
  • Translate and interpret for non-English speaking employees
  • Assist with Orientation when needed
  • Assist with creating binders, processing forms, creating personnel files, and emailing welcome announcements for new hires
  • Provide clerical support for department by updating forms, copying, and filing, mail distribution, meeting scheduling, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Assist the Employment Manager and HS in the interview/physical process
  • Schedule and edit correspondence, memorandums, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Other duties as assigned
