About The Position

The File Clerk is responsible for providing support to the Director of Human Resources and The Human Resources Team, which includes filing and other special projects as needed. This role requires you keep all matters regarding employee information verbal or otherwise with the highest level of confidentiality. To be able to work in a fast-paced environment, to work as team-player with a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office preferred.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.
  • Perform file operations and maintenance including file storage, maintenance, interfiling and searchses and respond to file request.
