About The Position

We’re seeking a passionate, business-savvy, and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Denver, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving employee engagement, supporting growth, and strengthening our culture across the organization. As a key member of our HR team, you’ll play a vital role in aligning business objectives with people strategies. You’ll partner with leaders and employees to build an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred)
  • Deep understanding of California employment law
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset

  • Partnering on succession planning, career path frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Managing complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance.
  • Using data insights to advise on workforce trends, retention, and talent development.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong focus on CA employment standards.
