The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for understanding the business and company objectives to support all stages of the employee life cycle. The HRBP will provide proactive support to all levels of leadership and employees on broader HR issues and complex individual cases. This role serves as an advisor on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance and talent management, training, compensation and benefits, and the delivery of HR programs and initiatives within their designated stakeholder population/functional area. The HRBP will create integrated solutions as a change agent to successfully balance employee needs with business objectives and proactively translate business strategy into people implications.
