The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in understanding business and company objectives to support all stages of the employee life cycle. This role provides proactive support to all levels of leadership and employees on broader HR issues and complex individual cases. The HRBP serves as an advisor on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance and talent management, training, compensation and benefits, and the delivery of HR programs and initiatives within their designated stakeholder population/functional area. The position also acts as a change agent to create integrated solutions, balancing employee needs with business objectives and proactively translating business strategy into people implications.
