About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner will report directly to the Director, Talents and Culture and play a key role managing day-to-day HR and Labour Relations (LR) operations, enhancing the overall employee experience at eStruxture. This role will be involved in all annual HR cycle initiatives, supporting leaders, employees, and the organizational culture to fuel company growth and uphold its values.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in talent management.
  • Must be fully bilingual in French – Speaking & Writing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources.
  • Relevant work experience in lieu of education above.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Recognized capacity to impact results and influence stakeholders and partners.
  • Ability to build trust and productive relationship with business partner and Union representative.
  • Able to manage conflict and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Make work fun everyday along with adhering to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of national employment standards and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with labour relations is preferred.
  • Experience in full cycle recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, compensation programs is an asset.
  • CRHA title preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a go-to resource for employees and managers on HR-related questions and workplace concerns.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture by advising, coaching and supporting our team based on our values and culture.
  • Support initiatives that drive engagement and team satisfaction.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and coordinate leadership development training and initiatives to support the company growth.
  • Help identify training needs and assist to develop and facilitate programs.
  • Work with the HR Director and VP’s support succession planning.
  • Handle day-to-day communications with the union with HR Director guidance.
  • Ensure LR interpretation research and implementation of best LR practices.
  • Support the preparation and documentation of union-related matters, collective bargaining renewal, and representation before authorities.
  • Lead different types of investigations and provide clear and compliant recommendations.
  • Lead recruitment and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Coordinate national strategy implementation to ensure company growth.
  • Support hiring and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and consistent experience.
  • Provide advice in complex and disputed claim management.
  • Support annual compensation review processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with market analysis and research to support fair and competitive pay.
  • Handle other HR-related tasks, as assigned by the HR Director.
