Requirements

  • 3 -5 years of HR experience, either as consult ant, Human Resources Business Partner, HR function specialist, or recruitment is welcome.
  • Strong regional exposure across A mericas , demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen
  • Someone who is positive, possess a can-do attitude and can navigate in highly matrixed and ambiguous environments
  • Strong people skillsets and able to build relationships across all levels of staff, be culturally sensitive and adaptable to different people styles
  • Strong learning agility, with good ability to bounce back and quickly learn from past experiences, improve, and adapt
  • Multi-lingual abilities (English/Chinese/ Português ) will be considered a competitive edge as it will be required to deal with employees locally
  • Be willing to be based in Shenzhen for the first 3-6 months of employment to get on board and integrate into the team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Human Resources Business Partner to the Tencent Cloud business lines across Americas , including United States and Brazil, providing localized support and ensuring alignment with global and regional HR strategies.
  • Being a trusted advisor to provide insights on business decisions from a human capital perspective which includes but not limited to talent management , performance m anagement, workforce strategy, employee engagement & retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the business leaders on people matters which may have short-, medium- or long-term effects on the business .
  • Identify opportunities for resource sharing and ensuring compliance in workforce decisions
  • Driving and helping to connect the dots between regional/local decisions in contrast with HQ decisions, to mediate and align expectations across all parties
  • Lead and manage cross-functional HR projects and collaborate with other BPs to promote strategic alignment and project execution.
