Our HR Business Partner will be the strategic partner and supporter to our 300+ team members in our Distribution Center. This candidate will support management in executing our people initiatives, provide exceptional full cycle HR internal support, drive service excellence and process improvements, mitigate business risk, and advise on employee relations and compliance. Partner with leaders identifying top talent and succession candidates. Help drive business success through a number of different ways. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast paced and ever changing environment. Provide guidance and coaching to management in the delivery of compensation, benefit and engagement programs.
