We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner who is ready to hit the road and revolutionize the way HR operates at Primo Brands. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our West operations team, spearheading strategic initiatives, and driving cultural excellence within the West Division that consist of 3 locations. In this capacity, you'll be our HR guru on the ground, ensuring our teams are engaged, empowered, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way. This role will be 30-35% travel as it provides HR leadership in Ontario, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. Compensation: $119,614 - $147,125. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a human resources generalist/leadership role, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, humanities, psychology, or another relevant field related to Human Resources.
• Labor awareness experience
• Strong knowledge in MS office suite including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook.
• A strategic mindset with a proven track record of being a true HR business partner, capable of driving impactful change in even the most challenging circumstances.
• Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, and staffing, with a knack for navigating complex HR matters with finesse.
• A comprehensive understanding of state and federal employment laws, from EEO to FMLA, and everything in between.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional project management skills, allowing you to juggle multiple priorities with ease and finesse.
• Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
