About The Position

We're growing our East Coast operation and are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Cocoa Beach, Florida. This is an opportunity to serve as a true business partner to operational leaders while helping support the continued growth of our East Coast Division. The HRBP will be the primary HR resource for the operation, partnering closely with centers of excellence and leadership on workforce planning, recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and organizational support.
