About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a hands-on, strategic partner responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle for 300+ employees serving the Reliable business. This role works closely with leaders and team members to drive engagement, performance, and retention while ensuring best-in-class HR operations and compliance. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, U.S. Operations, the HRBP plays a key role in shaping a high-performing, people-focused culture. The role will report on site to our Kennesaw location.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, supporting a non-exempt workforce.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment law
  • Experience supporting organizational change and driving engagement
  • HRIS proficiency (ADP Workforce Now is a plus)
  • Strong business partnership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support hiring strategies and ensure critical roles are filled with top talent
  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience in partnership with external vendors
  • Continuously deliver and improve onboarding programs and materials
  • Lead performance management efforts, including coaching, feedback, corrective actions
  • Conduct investigations into matters with potential legal or organizational risk, while promoting a fair, consistent, and open workplace.
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters and complex performance issues
  • Drive engagement and retention initiatives, including team member opinion surveys, town hall forums and respond with action planning in collaboration with leadership.
  • Partner with leaders to support career development and learning programs
  • Support organizational change initiatives and team member communications
  • Coach managers on best practices for delivering effective, timely, and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Oversee vendors supporting payroll and benefits administration
  • Lead open enrollment and support benefit programs
  • Administer merit and compensation processes
  • Oversee payroll processing for 300+ employees
  • Manage leave programs (FMLA, STD/LTD) and workers’ compensation
  • Maintain HRIS, employee records, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Support audits, filings, and continuous process improvements
