About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping to drive a high-performance, values-driven culture across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational goals while delivering practical, employee-centered HR support. The ideal candidate brings strong HR fundamentals, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to solving complex people challenges. The HRBP will support employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives with a focus on our production facility in Nevada.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with demonstrated growth in responsibility.
  • Experience supporting employees and leaders in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience interpreting data and utilizing HR metrics to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications and a strong attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to commute to our Production Facility 3 or more times a week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, energy, technology, or other operationally intensive environments.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee relations matters.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop frontline leaders and people managers.
  • Experience partnering with recruiting, compensation, learning and development, and benefits functions to deliver integrated HR solutions.
