About The Position
This role serves as the trusted HR resource for the manufacturing team, supporting everything from compliance to culture. The HR Business Partner will work closely with frontline leaders to build relationships across the floor and ensure the facility operates with both excellence and fairness.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, or generalist HR role, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
- Experience administering and processing both payroll and benefits
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance including OSHA, FMLA, Workers Compensation, ADA, and EEO
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling separations with discretion
- Organized with careful attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, including complaints, investigations, and corrective discipline with fair, consistent, legally compliant outcomes
- Conduct exit interviews, process separations, and identify trends to inform retention strategies
- Support open enrollment and benefits administration
- Review and complete payroll runs with the support of finance
- Ensure the facility stays compliant with federal, state, and local employment law, including OSHA recordkeeping and workplace safety standards
- Administer and support leave programs including FMLA, Workers Compensation, and ADA accommodations
- Partner with managers on 90-day reviews, performance management coaching, and documentation
- Facilitate required training (harassment prevention, forklift certification) and serve as a bilingual point of contact on the floor
