About The Position
Direct Hire Staffworks Professional is recruiting for a Senior HR People Partner / HR Manager on behalf of a growing global organization establishing a new Data Center operation in Utica, NY area. This on-site leadership role offers a starting salary of $120,000+ and provides a unique opportunity to help build the people foundation for a brand-new facility. The successful candidate will serve as the lead HR presence on site, partnering with leaders and employees to support workforce growth, employee relations, talent development, retention, onboarding, and HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager experience
- Strong employee relations and workforce planning expertise
- Experience supporting hourly and salaried employee populations
- Knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HR best practices
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting site ramp-up, organizational build-up, or growth environments is an advantage
- Manufacturing, industrial, operations, or site-based HR experience preferred
