Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions.
Ability to work independently - this person will be on project sites 100% of the time - travel expectations around other project sites within Texas as well
Union experience a must
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
