About The Position

Professional Transportation, Inc. (PTI) is seeking a motivated, experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its Human Resources team. The role supports how the organization attracts, hires, and onboards talent, working closely with hiring managers and field leadership and providing guidance to the recruiting team. The successful candidate will help identify creative solutions to staffing challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The position provides day-to-day recruiting team guidance, develops sourcing strategies, screens candidates, partners with leaders across the country on staffing needs, and uses recruiting data, trends, and feedback to improve hiring processes. It also supports accurate, efficient, and compliant recruiting, onboarding, and HR systems. The role contributes to strengthening PTI's workforce and supporting the company's continued success.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices, employment laws, and applicant tracking systems.
• Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player able to build relationships, influence others, and contribute fresh ideas.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in high-volume or multi-location recruiting.
• Previous team leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to the recruiting team to drive results and improve hiring processes.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and connect candidates with opportunities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and field leaders across the country to understand staffing needs and develop hiring solutions.
• Use recruiting data, trends, and feedback to identify process improvements and increase efficiency.
• Support accurate, efficient, and compliant recruiting, onboarding, and HR systems.
• Help strengthen the workforce and support PTI's continued success.
