Benchmark is seeking an energetic and compassionate HR professional to serve as an HR Business Partner, supporting HR, recruiting, employee engagement, training, and leadership support across communities in the Northern NJ and NYC area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, solving problems, supporting managers, and creating great employee experiences. The position involves supporting hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts, coaching managers, assisting with employee relations and compliance, facilitating training and leadership development, improving workplace culture and associate engagement, and partnering closely with operational leadership teams.
