We are seeking a Bilingual, experienced, and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and develop our Human Resources team while serving as a trusted business partner to organizational leadership. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, compliance, compensation and benefits administration, policy development, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with extensive HR experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong strategic partnerships across the organization. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex employee relations matters while fostering a positive workplace culture. This position is based in either our Dallas or Fort Worth office and requires frequent travel to Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and other locations as needed to support business operations and workforce initiatives.
