The Human Resources Associate is a critical member of the Alpha Public Schools HR team, serving as a trusted partner to staff across the organization. In this role, you will drive the day-to-day operations of the HR department while building meaningful relationships at every level of the organization. We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate is deeply collaborative, approaches their work with a service-oriented mindset, and is personally committed to the mission of Alpha Public Schools and the communities we serve. Alpha Public Schools is a network of four public charter schools educating approximately 1,900 scholars in east San Jose. Guided by the belief that our students belong in college, we ensure safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environments to help our students thrive. What sets us apart is the very thing that makes us who we are– our community. Alpha was founded by a group of mothers on the eastside of San Jose who sought better educational opportunities for their students.
